About Zemerc

Industrial technology, engineering and professional services.

Zemerc develops specialist applications for capital projects, offshore operations, production, asset integrity, safety and corporate governance. We also provide implementation, configuration, engineering and technical services to support their effective use.

What Zemerc is

Industrial technology backed by engineering and professional services.

Zemerc does not sell a generic platform adapted with industry templates. Each application is designed around a defined class of industrial record and can be supplied as software, implemented with the client, or supported by the engineering and technical services the requirement demands.

  • A portfolio of industrial applications

Zemerc builds enterprise software for the industries where a record has to survive scrutiny: projects, production, integrity, safety and the management systems above them.

  • Purpose-built, one record at a time

Each application begins from a record its users already keep; a barrier, a gate, a lift, a meter, a transmittal; and is shaped around that, rather than around a generic data model with industry labels applied.

  • Sold as applications, not as a platform

Every application stands on its own commercially and operationally. An organisation can adopt one, for one team, and never take another.

Where we draw the line

Four things Zemerc applications are deliberately designed not to do.

These are enforceable product rules, not statements of intent. They protect the integrity, traceability and defensibility of the records the applications govern.

  • Publish a number we cannot derive

Where no approved method exists, the application says so and reports the components instead. The process-safety indices in PSM are the clearest case: they state that no certified engineering method exists, and stay empty.

  • Score what should be judged

AIRMS computes no integrity score, health index or readiness score. Integrity is an engineering judgement, recorded with its evidence and its author, not a number that hides both.

  • Let an author approve their own work

Across the engineering applications, approval is segregated on identity rather than on working practice. In FAMS a draft is invisible downstream, so nothing is built on an answer nobody agreed.

  • Describe something as working before it is

What this website says an application does is what it demonstrably does. Where a capability is mock-backed or unfinished, it is not described as live; here, or in a demonstration.

How the work reaches us

Built around operational practice, not removed from it.

Each application is developed against the real records, workflows and controls used by the teams responsible for the work. Calculations and derived positions are checked against the underlying operational evidence before wider release.

  • The record model comes from the register the team already maintains
  • What the application derives is checked against what the team knows
  • Capability that is not yet real is never described as live

See how the applications work against your own operation.

Bring a register, project or asset to a working session and we will demonstrate the application against the records and controls you already use.
