Zemerc
Technology ecosystem

Enterprise software that runs inside the estate you already govern.

Your identity, your tenancy, your documents, your reporting. Not a platform you have to adopt, and not a partnership we claim.

The estate

Nine technology areas, one application set.

Select an area to see how a Zemerc application relates to it. Each describes a capability, never a commitment.

Identity & platformMicrosoft Entra IDThe enterprise identity directory most organisations already run.

Identity is where every later access control is enforced, so it is the first thing settled at deployment. Where an application supports federated sign-in, the identity provider is the customer’s, configured during implementation.

The estate, mapped

One portfolio, inside your estate.

Rest on any node to read the relationship. Each runs under your organisation’s own agreements with those vendors.

Nine areas of the estate Zemerc applications are designed to operate within.

Rest on any one of them to see what the relationship actually is. Each runs under your organisation’s own agreements with Microsoft, inside the tenancy you already govern.

Why it matters

Six capabilities the estate decides for you.

  • Identity

Access is enforced against the directory your organisation already runs, settled before anything else.

  • Cloud

Several applications run inside your own tenancy, under your subscription and your controls.

  • Collaboration

A governed record stays in the application; the copy people read lives in your document estate.

  • Data

Governed export carries its provenance, so a figure never arrives as an unattributed table.

  • Business applications

Each system owns one class of record and references the other. The boundary is stated, not blurred.

  • AI & automation

Assistive capability must support an accountable engineer and show the record behind what it says.

Deployment

Four ways it runs, one boundary.

The mode is settled at implementation for the application you are adopting. The boundary does not change with it.

  • Customer managed cloud

The application runs in your tenancy. You hold the subscription, the identity and the data.

  • Managed deployment

Zemerc operates the environment on your behalf, with access requested, scoped and recorded.

  • Private environment

An isolated deployment where your security posture requires the estate to stay closed.

  • Integration ready

Governed import and export today; a specific integration is scoped as work, not assumed as a feature.

Implementation journey

Four steps, run with your team.

  1. Assess

The record you already keep, who owns it, who approves it, and what the rules actually are.

  2. Configure

The application set up against those rules, with your registers and your approval routes.

  3. Connect

Identity settled, governed import and export established, the estate boundary agreed.

  4. Operate

The first live period, run by your team, with the controls enforced rather than remembered.

The commercial position

Stated once, so it cannot be read as something else.

  • No partner status claimedZemerc holds no formal partner, reseller or co-selling status with any vendor.
  • Your licences stay yoursAny vendor arrangement is between that vendor and your organisation. Zemerc does not resell it.
  • Integration is scopedIntegration catalogues are disabled by default and untested against live external systems.
  • Designed to operate within an approved estate

Zemerc applications are built to run inside the technology environment an organisation has already approved, under its own agreements with those vendors. Nothing requires an organisation to adopt a platform it has not already chosen.

  • No partner status is claimed

Zemerc holds no formal partner, reseller or co-selling status with Microsoft or any other vendor, and none is claimed anywhere on this website. Building software that runs well in an estate is not a relationship with the company that sells it.

  • Integration is scoped, not assumed

Where applications carry integration catalogues, those integrations are disabled by default and have not been tested against real external systems. Governed import and export is how data moves today, and a specific integration requirement is scoped as work rather than presented as a feature.

  • The licences remain yours

Any licence, subscription or commercial arrangement with a technology vendor is between that vendor and your organisation. Zemerc does not resell it, does not mark it up and does not require it.

Bring your your estate requirement.

Deployment mode, identity and what moves between systems are settled during implementation, for the application you are adopting.
