Most questions have a specific route to a complete answer. Use the options below to find the relevant guidance, or contact the team if your question is not covered.
Six routes, each to a real destination.
Nothing here is a holding page. Every one of these goes somewhere that answers the question it claims to.
- 01
“I have a question about how Zemerc works”
The FAQ
The questions asked most often, answered directly; including what the applications deliberately will not do, and what Zemerc does not publish.
- 02
“I want to understand what an application does”
Application guides
One guide per application: the record it governs, the governed flow it runs on, and the application’s own screens shown complete.
- 03
“I want to see an application in use”
Application tours
Short demonstrations organised by application, operating area and tour type.
- 04
“We are working out whether to adopt one”
Getting started
How an organisation begins: pick the record rather than the application, and the six questions that name your first one.
- 05
“We are implementing and need to know what comes next”
Implementation
The six implementation phases, the decision each phase resolves and the gate required before proceeding.
- 06
“I need to reach someone at Zemerc”
Contact
For anything the pages above do not answer, including questions about a specific application, its deployment modes, or an existing implementation.
Four things people arrive needing.
Short enough to answer on this page rather than send you somewhere for.
Signing in
Each Zemerc application has its own sign-in. Customers receive the address for their applications during implementation; there is no shared public portal.
Sign inWhere your data lives
Deployment mode is settled per application and per engagement. Several applications support Zemerc hosting, your own cloud tenancy, or running inside your own network.
Read the answerGetting records in or out
Each application provides controlled data-management functions for import, export, templates and migration. These are the same mechanisms used during implementation.
Read the answerService levels
Zemerc does not publish response times, severity targets or support tiers. They belong in the agreement covering a specific application, and are answered for that application when you ask.
Ask about an application
The questions asked most often.
Each opens in full on the FAQ page, and each has its own address so it can be shared.
- About ZemercWhat is Zemerc?Zemerc builds enterprise software for industrial work: projects, production, integrity, safety and the management systems above them. It is a portfolio of 27 applications, not a single platform with modules.Read the answer
- About ZemercWhat distinguishes these applications from general enterprise software? They derive status from governed records wherever the underlying evidence supports that derivation. Gate readiness, control effectiveness and similar positions are calculated from the records beneath them rather than entered as unsupported declarations.Read the answer
- ApplicationsHow do I determine which application we need?Start with the industrial record, workflow or decision that needs stronger control, then identify the application designed to govern it.Read the answer
- Application independenceCan we adopt one application?Yes. Each application is independently operable and commercially standalone. A client can adopt one application without any requirement to purchase another.Read the answer
Still not answered? Ask about your application.
Questions about a specific application, including deployment, data, configuration or an implementation already under way, are answered in the context of that application.
