Six ways in, depending on what you came for.
Whether you are working out if this fits, planning what adopting one application involves, reading about a specific application, or looking something up; each of those is a different page.

Each of these pages does one job properly rather than four jobs partially.

Application tours, one for every application.
Short walkthroughs of what each application actually does, with the written guide beside each one. Every tour carries its own page, whether it has been recorded yet or not.

Bring one of your own records and test the application against it.
A working session using one of your own registers, projects or assets provides a faster and more reliable assessment than evaluating product claims in isolation.
- One register, project, asset or vessel; whichever is causing the most trouble
- The application that governs that record, running against your structures
- What it derives, what it declines to compute, and why
Six questions to settle before the session.
Answering these questions in advance keeps the working session focused on your records, controls and requirements.
Do we have to buy the whole portfolio?
No. Each application is independently operable and commercially standalone. One team can adopt one application and nothing else ever has to follow.
Which application should we start with?
The one that governs the record causing the most trouble now. The operating-area pages and the problem index on the application directory both lead there.
Can these sit alongside the systems we already have?
Yes. Each application owns one class of record and does not require the others, so the areas already served by an existing system can stay as they are.
What happens to the records we already keep?
They are the starting point. Each application is configured around the registers, stages and approval rules the team already maintains rather than replacing that structure with a generic one.
Is there anything the software will not tell us?
Yes, deliberately. Where no approved method exists for a figure, the application says so and reports the components instead of producing a number nobody can defend.
How do we see it properly?
A working session with your own register, project or asset on screen. That is the only demonstration that settles anything.
Review how the applications are engineered.
Evaluating industrial software requires confidence in the engineering discipline, governance and record model behind it. These resources explain that foundation.
See the applications working with your own records.
A working session built around one of your own registers, projects or assets, showing the application in the context of your actual record structure.
