Built to WCAG AA as a target
Pages are checked during development for keyboard operation, visible focus, heading structure, zoom behaviour and reduced-motion support.
No external audit yet
No formal accessibility audit has been carried out, and no certified conformance is claimed anywhere.
Accessibility issues are treated as product defects
Accessibility issues are treated as functional defects and corrected through the normal quality process.
No information depends on motion
With reduced motion on, diagrams appear complete and no information is carried by movement alone.
6 accessibility measures built into every page.
These are implemented features of the website and are checked as pages are developed.
Operable from the keyboard
Interactive controls are designed to be reachable and operable by keyboard, including navigation menus, filters, the FAQ, tour controls and the preferences dialog. A skip link provides direct access to the main content.
Focus you can see
Keyboard focus is visibly indicated across page backgrounds and within dialogs. Modal dialogs contain focus while open, close with Escape and return focus to the control that opened them.
Readable when enlarged
Pages are built to hold together when text and layout are enlarged. They are checked at 1440 and 1280 pixels across zoom levels from 100 to 200 per cent, and at tablet and phone widths, for horizontal overflow, overlapping content and clipped controls.
Motion that can be switched off
The website respects the operating system’s reduced-motion preference. When enabled, entrance effects, ambient motion and animated diagrams are shown in a static completed state, and no information depends on motion alone.
Semantic structure for assistive technology
Pages use semantic headings, landmark regions and list structures. Informative images have alternative text, while decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Media with text alternatives
The video platform carries caption tracks and transcripts, and every application tour is accompanied by a written guide covering the same ground. Nothing on this website requires you to watch a video to get the information.
What has been assessed and what remains to be assessed.
No accessibility conformance claim is made because the website has not yet undergone an independent accessibility audit.
What has been assessed
This website is built and reviewed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA as a working target, and is checked at every stage for keyboard operation, focus visibility, heading structure, zoom behaviour and reduced motion.
What has not
The website has not yet undergone an independent accessibility audit, and Zemerc does not claim certified conformance.
Where problems are most likely
Dense application screenshots cannot always be conveyed meaningfully by describing every visible control. Images are therefore identified by application and subject, with equivalent explanatory content provided in the written application guides.
Known limitations
Three are worth stating. Application screens are wide, and below a desktop width they are presented in a strip that scrolls sideways rather than being shrunk until they cannot be read. Some operating-area and capability graphics convey relationships visually and are summarised in the surrounding text rather than described node by node. Tours hosted outside this website depend on that platform’s own player and its accessibility.
How to report a difficulty
If you encounter an accessibility problem, use the enquiry form and select “Accessibility issue”, or write to info@zemerc.com. Please identify the page, what you were trying to do and what happened. No response time is published for accessibility reports, because none has been set.
Status of this statement
Prepared on 1 October 2026 from a review of this website. It has not yet been approved for production publication, and the date it takes effect, together with the date of the next review, will be recorded here when it is.
How device and browser preferences are respected.
The website follows the accessibility preferences already set on your device or browser.
Reduced motion
When the operating system’s reduced-motion preference is enabled, animations are removed or shown in their completed state without loss of information.
Text size and zoom
The website is designed to remain usable at up to 200 per cent zoom and with increased browser font sizes, with layouts reflowing to avoid clipped content.
Keyboard only
Keyboard focus follows the reading order. Standard keyboard controls operate interactive elements, Escape closes dialogs and menus where applicable, and focus returns to the control that opened them.
External media
Video from YouTube is not loaded unless you allow it. Self-hosted tours play with captions where a track exists, and every tour has a written guide covering the same ground.
If you encounter an accessibility problem
Use the website contact route to report an accessibility issue. Please identify the page, what you were trying to do, and any relevant browser, assistive technology or accessibility settings.
Accessibility issues are treated as product defects and managed through the same quality process as other functional issues.
